Enable country group	In checkout, Bongo will be the exclusive shipping method for ship to addresses within this Country Group

Bongo Distribution Center Address

Please copy/paste the preferred Bongo Distribution Center (DC) address.
To select/obtain your Bongo distribution center address, log into your account
on the Bongo website, and access the account area. In your Bongo account area,
click the Configure \ Bongo DC menu item.
Note: select the address for shipments containing a Single Order.
